Getting Your Delivery Just Right

At Deliver2mum, we understand how important it is to get your baby and mama essentials quickly and conveniently.
Here's what you need to know about our delivery policy:

  • Availability:
    We work hard to keep everything you need in stock. In the rare case something isn't available, we'll do one of two things:

      • Process your order for the next day: If possible, we'll go ahead and process your order for the next business day so you don't have to wait.
      • Contact you about a cancellation: If the item won't be available any time soon, we'll reach out to you to discuss canceling that item from your order or offer a similar replacement.

    • Super-Fast Dubai Delivery! For orders placed before 10:00 AM in Dubai, we'll get them to you the same day! 
      Just make sure your delivery address is within our designated areas
    • Multiple Deliveries:
      Sometimes, due to stock or order changes, your order might arrive in separate deliveries.
      This helps us get you everything you need as fast as possible, even if something is delayed.

    • Delivery Area: 
      Currently, we deliver to specific areas within UAE.

    • Delivery Timeframes:

      • Dubai:
        • Orders placed before 10:00 AM: Get your order the same day! (within designated delivery areas)
        • Orders placed after 10:00 AM: Get your order next business day.
      • Other Emirates
        • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Get your order the Next day! (within designated delivery areas)
        • Orders placed after 2:00 PM: Get your order next 2 business days.

 

      • Hatta, Al Ain  & Al Madam ( Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah)
        • Presently we are delivering weekly in Hatta & Al Madam. 
    • Special Delivery Needs? 
      Let us know if you have any special delivery instructions during checkout.

    • Delivery Costs: 
      There's a small delivery fee for orders under DH 50 in Dubai.

        • Dubai:    Free for all orders worth DH 50 and Above, Delivery charge of DH 10 for orders below DH 80.
        • Other Emirates: Free for all orders worth DH 150 and above. Delivery charge of DH 20 for orders below DH 150. (Delivery will be by third party shipping).

Deliver2Mum Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Deliver2Mum! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
Please review our return policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns.

1. Return Periods

    • Fresh Items (including fruits, vegetables, meats, etc.):
      • Customers must check for any issues upon delivery.
        • If any issues are found, please raise them with the delivery person immediately for a replacement or store credit.
        • Returns cannot be processed after the delivery time.
    • Baby Milk Formula: Returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the item is unopened and in its original condition.
    • Toys and Other Items: Returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery if the item is in its original condition and packaging.

3. Return Eligibility

    • Incorrectly Ordered Items:
      • Inform us before shipping for a free replacement.
      • If already shipped, a DH 20 charge will apply for returns.
    • Damaged or Defective Items:
      • Please provide photos or evidence of damage.
      • We will replace damaged or defective items free of charge.
    • Other Returns: A charge of DH 20 will apply.

4. Return Options

Customers have the option of Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit. Refunds are not offered for Fresh Items.

5. Return Processing Time

Returns will be processed within 2 to 15 days of receipt.

6. Restocking Fees

Not Applicable (NA)

7. Additional Information

    • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
    • Refund Processing Time: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days of return acceptance.
    • Exclusions: Clearance items and perishable goods are excluded from the return policy.
    • Gift Returns: Returns for gifts follow the same policy as regular purchases.
